The match will kick-off at 2pm.

Left-back Chris Pike faces a fine following his booking at Scawby. Pike’s booking was for aggressive behaviour against a very physical side.

Robbie Virgin returned in Deeping’s 3-0 win at Scawby and made several stops as he continues his recovery from a broken finger.

Jamie Thurston is fit following his hip problem but Chris While’s absence looks set to continue as he struggles to overcome his muscle tear.

Sean Evans may need treatment as his hamstring pull again caused him problems in the win at Scawby.

The Sunday side are suffering from a minor injury crisis but has a large squad so should not suffer too badly.

Keeper Robbie Virgin suffered a broken finger while playing in Power League and may be out for several weeks.

Right back Jamie Thurston has been suffering with a hip problem and having been forced off in two matches has now missed a further two games. He’s expected to return in the match at Scawby.

Left winger Lee Verrall has been out for several weeks with a fractured arm and is around three weeks from a return to training.

Right winger Chris While suffered a miniscule muscle tear during the defeat to Sawtry but could return for the Scawby trip.

Sean Evans was forced off with a hamstring pull in the thrashing of Pinchbeck but should be fine for the trip to Scawby.

In other news midfielder Matt Jane is training with the Under 18s in a bid to be signed on.

Winger/forward Matt Lincoln is expected to leave the team having become frustrated with manager Rob Jerram’s decision not to start him in every match.

Jerram said: “I’ve been a little disappointed by his attitude and form. He’s played far more than a lot of the squad but clearly he wants to play 90 minutes in every single match and I won’t guarantee any player that. Perhaps I’ve expected a little too much from him sometimes but I think he has great potential which he’s currently not reaching.

“I still need to speak to Matt but I think we will be de-registering him and I’m sure there’ll be another side happy to take him.”

The Under 18s are looking for sponsorship for a new kit and rain jackets. Manager Rob Jerram has a quote from Hereward Sports and anyone interested or who knows of anyone who may be prepared to sponsor the side should call him on 07894 283908.
